Chirp's core platform is complete on its own. In the future, we plan to offer optional integrations with third-party providers for camps that want them. These will always be entirely opt-in — your Chirp experience will never be diminished without them.

When you sign up, you tell us the maximum number of campers you expect to have on-site at any one time during your active period. That single number sets your monthly rate for the entire period. It's a simple self-declaration — and since Chirp tracks camper profiles and muster check-ins, the platform naturally reflects your actual usage. No license paperwork, no complicated formulas.
You pay the same monthly rate regardless of how many sessions you run. A camp that declares 250 max campers on-site pays $250/month whether you run one session or five. We price on capacity, not throughput.
Use Chirp for at least 4 months per billing year, and you qualify for sleep mode at 1/3 your active rate (minimum $50/month) for the remaining months. A third of the price for using us a third of the year. Sleep mode is one contiguous period — activate it when your season ends, and everything is exactly where you left it when you wake up.
No setup fees. No long-term contracts. You can set up Chirp directly from the app in a day or two. If you want us to handle the setup for you, we offer that as a free onboarding service.
The minimum active rate is $100/month, which covers camps with up to 100 campers. If your expected max is under 100, you still get the full platform at $100/month. Sleep mode minimum is $50/month.
No. Unlimited staff users are included at every level. Your directors, counselors, medical staff, and administrators all get full access at no additional cost.
